Approach
I'm a researcher, designer and strategist. I completed my multifaceted Architecture degree from SPA Delhi and master's in Strategic Design and Management from NID Gandhinagar. Through my education, I have been learning to look beyond one bucket of thinking and try to weave multiple narratives around a subject. I hold Research dear to my heart; I thrive on analytical thinking and problem-solving. I'm interested in getting my hands dirty passionate solutions; re-assess and re-design systems, services, and organisations for the same.
Work Style
One of my key strengths lies in my ability to empathise with users and think from their perspective. As a product researcher, I have closely collaborated with product teams to develop strategies and roadmaps that prioritise user experience. Â My approach to work is focused and intentional. I actively prioritise the quality of my work through regular collaboration and feedback. I diligently document my work updates for my team to refer to, and I have been honing the skill of creating impactful research report presentations and reports.
